Minneapolis—Sept. 10, 2010—Independent b2b marketing and public relations group KC Associates (KCA; http://www.kc-associates.com) announced today that it appears for the eighth consecutive year on The Business Journal‘s annual list of the top 25 Twin Cities public relations firms. It is ranked No. 21, compared with its No. 23 ranking on last year's list. The rankings, published on August 27, include billings from public relations services only, and do not account for KCA's marketing services revenues.
