Jennifer Schwegman is a PR manager with more than 15 years' experience in the IT industry.
Formerly, Schwegman was a corporate communications manager for Lawson Software. While there, she provided media relations strategy, planning and support, as well as oversaw communications activities and special events. Prior to Lawson, Schwegman was part of the well-known PR team that represented in-line skates industry leader, Rollerblade, during its stellar triple-digit growth period.
Schwegman’s expertise is in managing media relations planning and outreach and analyst and media segmentation. Her outreach activities are focused on securing feature coverage and speaking engagements. Her role also includes client preparation for media interaction in order to ensure successful handling of media and analyst interviews.
Schwegman has worked with more than 50 KCA clients, including Amcom Software, Feed Management Systems, Investigo, Magenic, Unimax, and XATA. In addition, she has worked with a number of other companies, such as Atlantic Mutual Insurance Companies, COIN USA, Edifice, InsureHiTech, InsurePoint, MedAmicus, Retail Decisions and Robert Half Technology.
Schwegman joined KCA in 1998 and holds a bachelor's degree in international business, economics and German from the College of St. Catherine.
