Mary Farquhar is a marketing manager with more than 20 years' experience in the IT industry.
Formerly promotions and marketing manager at Jasc Software, a digital imaging software company, Farquhar was responsible for developing web-oriented lead generation campaigns and instrumental in negotiating product bundling agreements that created the hugely successful Paint Shop Pro 7 Anniversary Edition.
Prior to Jasc, Farquhar worked for Microsoft, first as a corporate sales rep then as a field marketing specialist where she was responsible for partner training events, including the Microsoft Channel Partner Summit, and managed direct marketing campaigns. Farquhar also coordinated regional launch events for Windows NT 4, Windows 95, and Office 97 and was on the team that introduced Internet Explorer. Previous to Microsoft, she was a marketing/technical support rep for CPT, a word processing software company.
Farquhar has worked with more than 25 KCA clients, managing the execution of marketing programs and materials, such as product launches, seminars, webinars, website redesigns, sales tools, trade shows and marketing communications.
Farquhar joined KCA in 2002 and holds a master's degree in international management from the University of St. Thomas, a bachelor's degree in business with a mathematics minor from Mankato State University and an associate's degree from Bethany College in Mankato.
